About Mahua
Mahua is a boutique floral and gifting studio based in Mahim, Mumbai. We make fresh flower arrangements and thoughtful gifts — hand-packed at our studio, hand-delivered to your door, and free of plastic and floral foam.
We started as two sisters who grew up around flowers and wanted to do this properly. That still shows in how we work: no shortcuts, no bulk batches, nothing pre-made. Every order is put together the day it goes out.
Our floral studio is at Shop No. 2, Vishwa Vinay Building, Bhagoji Keer Road, Mahim, Mumbai — MH 400016.
You’re welcome to contact us before visiting. For orders, everything can be placed online or over WhatsApp.
Floral foam is a petroleum-based synthetic plastic. It doesn’t biodegrade, can’t be recycled, and releases microplastics as it breaks down. Most florists use it because it’s convenient. We chose not to because the environmental cost isn’t worth it.
Every Mahua arrangement is made with natural stem-handling techniques. The packaging — paper, jute, vases, tins — is either recyclable, biodegradable, or made to be kept. Nothing in our orders is built for the bin.

Placing an Order
Browse our collection at shopmahua.in, pick what you’d like, and check out using UPI, debit card, or netbanking. It takes about two minutes.
If you’d rather sort it over WhatsApp — a specific colour palette, a custom size, or something you don’t see on the site — message us at +91 99799 75881 and we’ll take it from there.
Yes. If you’re abroad and want to send flowers in Mumbai to someone, you can place the order online and we’ll deliver locally. We don’t offer international shipping — all deliveries are within Mumbai only.
Payment works normally for international cards. If you run into any issues, WhatsApp us and we’ll sort it.
Yes, and we do this regularly. If you have a specific colour palette, a favourite flower, or a style in mind, WhatsApp us the details and we’ll put together something just for you.
For larger custom orders — events, weddings, corporate gifting — give us as much lead time as you can. The more detail you share upfront, the better the result.
Yes. Send us your vase at our Mahim studio and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll arrange the blooms inside and return it to you ready to display.

No minimum. You can order a single stem or a full event installation — both get the same care.
Flower Delivery in Mumbai — Timings, Areas & Charges
Yes. Place your order before 1 PM and it goes out the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM are delivered the following day.
All deliveries happen between 11 AM and 5 PM. If you need a specific time window or have a last-minute order, WhatsApp us — we’ll do our best.
We deliver from South Mumbai up to Andheri. Our studio is in Mahim, which puts us roughly in the middle of our entire delivery range.

Yes. Delivery charges apply and are calculated based on your location. You’ll see the exact delivery cost at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises.
Delivery within Mahim, near our floral studio, is free of charge.
For deliveries to other parts of Mumbai (from South Mumbai to Andheri), delivery charges typically range between ₹200 to ₹350, depending on the distance.
If you require delivery outside our regular delivery areas, the charges will be calculated based on actual courier or transport costs.
The exact delivery fee will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Absolutely. We regularly receive orders from customers in the US, UK, UAE, and other countries who want to send flowers in Mumbai to family or friends.

Freshness, Quality & Flower Care
Every order is assembled on the day it’s dispatched — not pre-made and stored overnight. The stems are sourced fresh and packed at our Mahim studio the morning of your delivery.
This is why our customers consistently mention how long their flowers last. It’s not a coincidence — it’s how we’ve always worked.
We include flower care instructions with every order. The short version:
- Change the water daily — cloudy water shortens stem life quickly
- Trim stems at an angle every alternate day — a fresh cut helps the flower absorb water
- Keep away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, and drafts
- Remove wilting petals or leaves as they appear — they affect the healthy stems around them
Follow these and most of our arrangements last well beyond what people expect.
Very close, but not always identical. Flowers are a natural product — colours, petal count, and bloom size shift with the season and what’s available from our suppliers on a given day.
When variation happens, it’s nature doing its thing, not us cutting corners. We always work to match the spirit of what you saw, even if a stem or shade substitution is needed.

Yes. We work with individuals, event planners, and corporate teams across Mumbai for weddings, celebrations, corporate gifting, and bespoke floral installations.
We’ve handled everything from intimate home gatherings in Bandra to large-scale festive setups. If you have a specific brief — a colour palette, a flower preference, a vibe — share it with us and we’ll work from there.
